Can you imagine an epic forested sunrise hike up to two secluded alpine lakes on your elopement day? Saying your vows surrounded only by untouched nature and getting to spend quality time with your person and your pup?
This was exactly how Hadrien and Isabella’s Colorado elopement day went. We started our hike up when it was still dark, and admired the scenery the entire way up through the dense beautiful evergreen forest. The forest floor was super soft which made the hike really enjoyable, and we didn’t see a single person the whole morning, so their elopement day was entirely intimate and incredibly special.
We watched the sun color the tops of the mountains a beautiful orange, and enjoyed the feeling of the sunshine as it extended it’s reach beyond the peaks and colored everything a beautiful gold. This was definitely an elopement day done right!
There’s really no limit to how incredible and unique your elopement can be.
Isabella & Hadrien’s elopement ceremony is still one of my favorites to this day. They made their emotional and heartfelt promises in Italian, and that’s one of the most beautiful things to witness. They exchanged rings & shared their first kiss before some more exploring!
If saying your vows in Italian, or if hiking a few miles up to two secluded Colorado alpine lakes, or if going for a trail run after your elopement (yep, they did that too!) reflects who you are, here’s your permission to get married in a way that’s honest and true to who are ✨
