Colorful Summer Elopement in Breckenridge

Samantha & Matthew’s elopement in the picturesque town of Breckenridge, Colorado was so laid-back & fun, which perfectly mirrored their easygoing personalities.

We started their day at their cabin, tucked away in the forest right outside of Breckenridge. Their details were chosen so intentionally – including some of the pins that they’ve collected on their adventures together over the years, which added a perfect touch of sentimentality to their elopement. The intentional selection of details continued with Sam’s colorful bouquet – a wildflower arrangement that epitomized the essence of summer, seamlessly aligning with the overall atmosphere of their day.

Following Samantha & Matthew’s heartwarming first look, we embarked on a mountain adventure in their Jeep, where they could immerse themselves in the breathtaking beauty that surrounded them. Bathed in the warm glow of sunlight across the water, we arrived at the lake and hiked down to their spot with the mountains & water behind them, and they shared their vows with each other as the sunshine lit up the water & surrounding areas. This was one of my favorite parts of the day because their vows were emotional and so beautiful to witness. Samantha & Matthew truly are so sweet together, and it was evident in every way throughout their Breckenridge elopement.

Later, we spent some time hiking through the forest before we hiked to a spot above the lake where you can see the most lovely aerial view. The sun was setting behind the mountains, and it was the most lovely moment to take in Sam & Matthew.
